Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PakEdX, an AI-powered e-learning platform operated from Pakistan. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using PakEdX on behalf of a school or institution, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Educators and administrators who add learners are responsible for having the appropriate consent—particularly for students who are minors—and for the data they upload on those learners' behalf.
Your content & AI-generated material
You own the courses, quizzes, documents, and other content you create or upload. By using PakEdX you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you and your learners.
PakEdX uses AI to help generate lessons, quizzes, and other material. AI output can contain errors—you are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before using it with learners. Content you produce using our AI tools is yours to use.
You may export your content at any time. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit permission.
Subscriptions, credits & payment
PakEdX offers a free tier and paid plans. Free accounts receive a one-time allocation of lesson and quiz credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation that resets at the start of each billing month and does not roll over.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are submitted with a transaction reference and activated once verified. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can stop using a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
PakEdX is built for teaching and learning. To keep it safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:
Misuse the platform
Upload unlawful or harmful content
Share accounts or resell access
Abuse AI features
Disclaimers & liability
PakEdX is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the service reliable and accurate, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakEdX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination, changes & governing law
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination you can export your content for a reasonable period before deletion.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When changes are material, we'll notify you clearly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Your use of PakEdX is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Questions? Contact us directly.
